   The use of drugs is strictly prohibited within the quarter. Bringing or consuming personal alcoholic beverages on-site is not allowed.

3. Pets

   Pets are welcome in the quarter! However, owners must keep the area clean – always clean up after your pet. Also, please consider whether specific events are suitable for your four-legged friends.

4. Public Order and Safety

   Please respect common behavior norms, be considerate of others, and take responsibility for your own safety and that of those around you.

5. Quiet Hours

   Help us keep things peaceful in the green areas of the quarter during quiet hours – from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

6. Cleanliness

   Please help keep the quarter clean by using the provided trash bins.

7. Entry After 11:00 PM

   After 11:00 PM, entry to the quarter is only possible from Bruņinieku Street.

8. Minors

   In accordance with Latvian law:

   – Persons under 18 are allowed in public areas until 10:00 PM.

   – After 10:00 PM, minors may remain in the quarter only if accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult.
   
   

9.  Security Checks and Personal Belongings

Our security team has the right to check bags to ensure everyone’s safety. Please be mindful of what you bring to public events and avoid carrying items that could pose a risk or inconvenience to others.
